Privacy
This site collects very little about you.
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no forms. This page explains the little that does happen, in plain words.

Who is responsible
This website is run by Joseph Tan, who writes and publishes The PM Survival Series under the name DGTal Guide Treasures. For anything about your personal data, write to digitalguidestudio@protonmail.com.
What happens when you visit
This site does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising tools, and does not load anything from other companies' servers — the fonts and images are served from this site itself.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes standard technical details of each request: your IP address, the page asked for, the time, and your browser type. Cloudflare keeps these for a short period for security and reliability; they are not used to identify you or to build a profile of you. Cloudflare runs servers worldwide, so this can happen outside the UK, under the safeguards described inCloudflare's privacy policy.
When you email
If you write to digitalguidestudio@protonmail.com, your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message are used only to read and answer it. They are not added to a mailing list and are not shared. Email is handled by Proton Mail. Messages are deleted when they are no longer needed for the conversation.
Why this is allowed
Under UK data protection law, the technical details above are processed because there is a legitimate interest in running a secure, working website, and emails because you chose to write and expect a reply.
When you buy a book
Books and collections are sold through Gumroad. The "Get the Book" and "Get the Collection" buttons take you to Gumroad's website, and payment and delivery happen there, under Gumroad's privacy policy. This site never sees your payment details. Gumroad shares with the seller the details needed to deliver and support your order, such as your name, email address and what you bought.
Links to other sites
This site links to LinkedIn and Gumroad. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Write to digitalguidestudio@protonmail.com. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If the site starts collecting anything new, this page will be updated first, and the date at the top will change.
